Backtagging: Yes! I do a TON of backtagging and welcome it.

Fourthwalling: Go forth with caution - Usopp is unlikely to believe anyone saying his world isn't real and he will suspect your motives.

Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Sure! If he doesn't know you, he'll be a bit awkward and shake you off, but Usopp otherwise has an affinity for touch.
Kissing this character: ...doubtful, but go for it.
Flirting with this character: Sure. Pretty much nobody flirts with him in canon, though, so he will be VERY PUZZLED.
Fighting with this character: Again, go for it! But be duly warned - Usopp is from a fighting manga and is therefore a very competent fighter. He deals with explosives, caltrops and man-eating plants. He doesn't like to fight unless engaged, though, so he's not likely to blow your character up just for punching him. (He will, however, punch back.)
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Contact me OOCly first, but I'll probably agree.
Killing this character: Nope.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Ask me first, but there's a 99% chance that I'll say yes - I love mind reading and telepathy in fiction and I'll probably be more than happy to play this out with you.
